A precision machined aluminum casting for the construction industry shows our ability to be cost competitive without sacrificing quality. These stainless steel investment castings with a .0005 tolerance, 8 micro sphere shows Skild's proficiency in machining castings, forgings and extrusions. Copper part machined out of solid bar stock for a medical equipment manufacturer. This nickel alloy production part, used in the medical industry, is machined to tolerances as close as .0001. This component for F22 Fighter Jets is hogged out of 2-3/4" dia. x 1-3/4" solid bar stock. This miniature valve body ( ½ x ¾ ) with mating components is used in the computer chip making process. This Inconel 718 nozzle with a .060 dia x 2¼ long hole through it is used in the chemical and petroleum industry. |
